Would love to know this.....

I have been trying to figure out an episode for roughly the past 15 years give or take a few.

Not sure if it TFDS or not:

The plot roughly : Women home alone with her 2 maybe 3 kids, nice house, man (men) come into house and basically take over. The boy is made to jump naked on a small exercise trampaline in front of the man and familly. The one girl is forced to eat dog food off the floor, for maybe ?, complaining or what-not.

There at some point is dismembered heads in the kitchen cabinets ?

The man is then chased out of the house at some point, police arrive, he is possibly shot. Lays out in the street and is dying, the mom stands over him then immediatley looks towards the camera and has obviously picked up the demon/entity that was within the man.

Like I said its been several years since seeing this, just has been bugging the hell out of me forever, and would be indebted to know the answer. Thanks ahead of time.

i have no idea, but it sounds pretty good! -- are you sure it was an episode in a series? do you remember what channel it was on?

It's a little extreme to be Tales from the Darkside. Did you see it on an independent film channel when you first watched it by chance? I remember a movie similar to what you're talking about (it was foreign film on IFC) where two men come into a family's home asking to help around the house and pretend to be nice outstaying their welcome only to take over in the same way degrading their kids and holding them hostage until the ending when you think the family will survive and get away without harm the men dump the family in the river and move onto the next house. The entire film is built to this depressing ending with the familys struggle to get away after being tortured and tied only to fail in the end while the villians look in the camera and taunt the audience. Weird piece of cinema that was.

"J" - I am not sure if it was an episode of TFDS, I checked some of the plot summaries and none sounded similar. I believe, I saw it on HBO. Like I said it has been so many years we didnt even have cable that long.

"Jim" - No thats not it, too new of a movie, sounds cool though. This movie/show was probably 1985 - 88 maybe, somewhere around then.
